Jay & Khushbu met in the cafeteria at their college during
lunch. Jay, being his chatty self, talked his way into getting to know Khushbu, who everyone
knows is very quiet (until you get to know her). After a few months, Jay lost a silly bet with
Khushbu which meant taking her to dinner and it ended up being their first date. This led to
many other dates until Jay realized he had never officially asked Khushbu to be his girlfriend.
Soon after he did and she said yes, with a side of roses, ice cream and cold coffee.
As cute as they are, they have savageness in them to win any
game, whether its Monopoly or Mafia, and cheating is always allowed if Khushbu plays, she also
includes others in her schemes. Even with being busy with medical school, they always planned
date nights monthly (and sometimes they would try to do them weekly but they would have a
third wheel that they liked very much). Jay knowing that Khushbu loves her coffee, he’d always
try to get it or make it for her. Khushbu knows how Jay likes food at all times of the time
day, she would order him pizza early enough so that he could have some at midnight, with extra
cheese of course.
Jay and Khushbu complement each other, their values, their personalities,
and their likes and dislikes, it all started to fit like a puzzle and they knew this was going
to be forever. Meeting the families came soon after, they were really happy for their children,
and wanted them to always be happy and supportive of each other. Soon after they had their
GorDhana and the two vowed no matter how hard it got being physically apart, they would make
it work. After many flights back and forth, they are excited to share the celebration of
their love with each other and their family and friends!
